Caregivers Alberta in an organization of caregivers, for caregivers. It focuses on the caregiver as an individual – helping the caregiver maintain her/his well-being rather than teaching them how to be better caregivers. Programs and services include:

811 Health Link. Health Advice 24/7

Alberta users can dial 811 anytime with their concerns and questions on dementia. This province-wide service supports individuals with dementia and their caregivers.

A staff assesses your needs and provides advice immediately for your concerns. When needed, you would be referred to a specialized dementia nurse for additional advice.
